What is Telegram?+
Telegram is a free, secure messaging app available on iOS, Android, and desktop. We chose Telegram because it's fast, private, and available worldwide. Download it from telegram.org or your app store.
How long does setup take?+
Most users are chatting with Buvi within 2 minutes! Sign up, open Telegram, scan the QR code or click the link to open Telegram, and you're ready to go.
Do I need technical skills to use Buvi?+
Not at all! If you can send a text message, you can use Buvi. There's no coding, no complicated setup, and no technical knowledge required. Buvi is designed for everyone—from students to professionals to retirees.
Can I try Buvi before committing to a paid plan?+

Buvi supports 50+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and many more. Just message your agent in your preferred language—no configuration needed!
Can Buvi learn my preferences over time?+
Yes! Your agent remembers your conversations and adapts to your communication style, preferences, and needs. It learns how you like responses formatted, topics you care about, and your typical requests. The more you interact, the more personalized your experience becomes.
How does web browsing work?+
With web browsing, your agent can search the internet, read articles, check prices, get weather updates, and find real-time information. Just ask naturally like "What's the latest news about X?" or "Find me the best rated pizza places nearby."
Does Buvi support voice messages?+
Yes! Send voice messages in Telegram and Buvi will transcribe and respond to them. Your agent can also speak back to you in natural-sounding audio.
Can my agent remember things?+
Yes! Your agent remembers your conversations and learns your preferences over time. It knows your context, so you don't have to repeat yourself. Your plan includes enhanced memory with longer context windows.
What are Skills/Add-ons?+

Can I use Buvi on multiple devices?+
Absolutely! Since Buvi works through Telegram, you can access your agent from any device where you have Telegram installed—phone, tablet, or computer. Your conversation history syncs automatically across all devices.
Does Buvi work on desktop computers?+
Yes! Use Telegram Desktop (downloadable app) or Telegram Web (web.telegram.org) to chat with your Buvi agent from any computer. Same great experience, bigger screen—perfect for longer work sessions.
Can I share my agent with family members?+
Each Buvi subscription is for individual use, as your agent learns your personal preferences. However, we offer family plans at a discount—contact us at support@buvi.ai for details. Each family member gets their own personalized agent.
Will there be other platforms besides Telegram?+
We're actively working on additional platform support! WhatsApp, iMessage, and a standalone mobile app are on our roadmap. Join our waitlist to be notified when new platforms launch.

How does billing work?+
We bill monthly or annually (save 20% with annual). Your subscription renews automatically. You can manage your billing, download invoices, and update payment methods in your account settings.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties, fees, or hassle. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. Cancel easily from your account settings in just a few clicks.
Is there a free trial?+
We offer a 48-hour free trial, then 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans instead of a traditional trial. Try Buvi risk-free—if you're not satisfied within 30 days of paying, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
What's your refund policy?+
Full refund within 30 days of paying of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, we offer prorated refunds on annual plans. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee but you can cancel anytime. Contact support@buvi.ai for refund requests.
Can I change plans?+
Absolutely! Upgrade anytime and get immediate access to new features (we'll prorate the charge). Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees for changing plans.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

🔒 Privacy & Security

How secure is my data?+
Security is our top priority. All conversations are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, undergo regular security audits, implement strict access controls, and never sell or share your data with third parties.
Do you read my conversations?+
No. Your conversations are private and encrypted. We never read, share, or use your conversations to train AI models. The only time we might access your data is if you explicitly request support help and grant permission.
Is Buvi GDPR compliant?+
Yes! Buvi is fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time. We process data lawfully and transparently, and you can request a copy of all your data through your account settings.
Where is my data stored?+
Your data is stored on secure servers in the EU and US, depending on your region. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundancy and regular backups. You can request information about your specific data location by contacting support.
Can I delete my data?+
Absolutely. You can delete your conversation history at any time from settings. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact support and we'll process it within 48 hours.

What AI model powers Buvi?+
We use state-of-the-art large language models, including Claude by Anthropic—one of the most capable and safe AI systems available. Our system is constantly updated to use the best available AI technology while maintaining consistent, reliable responses.
Why Telegram?+
Telegram offers the best combination of speed, security, and accessibility. It's free, works on all devices, has excellent bot support, and is available in countries where other messaging apps are restricted. No additional app download required beyond Telegram.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?+
You'll receive a friendly notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime for more messages, or wait until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle. We never charge overage fees.
Is there an API?+
We don't currently offer a public API. Buvi is designed to work through Telegram for the best user experience. For business inquiries, contact us at hello@buvi.ai.
What if Telegram is down?+
Telegram has excellent uptime (99.9%+), but if there's ever an outage, your conversation history is safely stored and will be available when service resumes. We're also working on additional platform support as a backup.
